Just wanted to write on here best small dealership. It marks 1 year me having this car, a 2014 Infiniti qx70 3.7 My parents got me it and I been in love with it ever since😊had some problems here and their but what can you expect buying a used car🤍 just need to have the money to fix small problems but besides that it drives smoothly and works fine love love even my uncle had to buy a car from them best customer service forgot the lady’s name that helped us 5 stars for her helping my parents she speaks Spanish as well🩷

I purchased an 2019 F-150 from this dealership back in early July (2025). i waited a few months with the vehicle to leave a review. I called in first inquiring about the truck. They owner said he was going to go put hands on the truck and let me know of availability. Within the hour the owner called me back and said he had it and double checked it himself and that i would be excited and really happy with the vehicle. He then placed the vehicle aside because i had to drive about an hour to come check it out the next day. Next day, i was NOT greeted by one of the employees. I had to go find a sales rep. For me, this is good! I've hated going to big name lots and "attacked" by sales reps like vultures. But for others, the lack of being greeted could be bad. They gave me the keys and let me take it on a test drive with no given time or pressure. I liked the truck and decided to purchase. I found 3 little (really small) items wrong with the truck and asked them to repair and they agreed. Have common sense - used vehicles will need TLC sooner than new cars. My only annoyance with the dealership was that i was financing with my own bank(USAA). They did not let me take the truck home the same day. They wanted to make sure the money was cleared and deposited before letting me take the truck home. In hindsight, this is fair. It being a small dealership but in my mind its a little outdated process. I the next day had to travel outside of the US. and given the circumstances they allowed me to keep the truck with them until after i got back. That was really generous of them! Even though I had a little annoyance with their process that was understandable in hindsight - I would definitely still recommend this dealership. My experience and the condition/quality/price of the vehicle were above what you get from a big name dealer.
